EMPLOYMENT AND UNEMPLOYMENT
From 2022, the number of unemployed is constantly decreasing, and the number of employed is increasing in 2024, after a decrease in 2023. The number of unemployed on the records of the Employment Service – Bureau Derventa in 2024 is 456 persons.
The number of unemployed in the city of Derventa continued to decrease in 2024. In the 2022-2024 period, it decreased by 15.3%, or an average of 5.1% per year. In 2024, a total of 6,710 workers were employed.
The number of employees also increased in the 2023-2024 period. In 2024, employment was 1.67% higher than in 2023, while 2023 recorded a decrease compared with 2022.
