Single point of contact for business in Republika Srpska – The electronic single point of contact is the Internet portal of the Ministry of Economy and Entrepreneurship in the Government of Republika Srpska, which includes procedures, administrative procedures and formalities for starting and carrying out economic activities, including the provision of services, information on implementing the process of assessing the impact of regulations in the process of drafting regulations and other contents of importance for providing quality data to citizens and business entities for easier starting and carrying out of economic activities.
Finding a suitable location for investment and construction
- Information about plots for construction and starting investment,
- Availability, ownership, shape and position of the land,
- Outline costs and method of purchase, concessions when buying,
- Condition of existing and conditions for building new infrastructure
- Information about available Brownfield (used) facilities for rent or purchase.
- Mediation in contacts with competent institutions and organizational units of the City of Derventa regarding finding a suitable location.

Connection with the Employment Office at the local level, the Chamber of Commerce of the Republic of Srpska, FIPA-Agency for the promotion of foreign investments, educational institutions at the local and regional level, with design houses, accounting bureaus and with legal and notary offices in the area of the City of Dervent.
Providing information on the issuance of location conditions and building permits

- Information about the process of submitting a request for the issuance of a building permit, the method of determining the amount of rent costs and issuing a building permit, environmental permit, fire permit, water permit, agricultural permit, electrical and telecommunication permit,
- Information on the deadline for issuing a building permit, method of payment of fees for the arrangement of urban construction land land and land rents. Information on how to report the start and end of work, as well as the period of validity of the building permit when it becomes enforceable.
